This is where we will discuss nutrition for the BJJ athlete. As a dummy guide follow this simple rule: eat lean meat, vegetables, fruit, nuts & seeds. Stay away from processed sugars and gluten. For the average BJJ practitioner this will be all that is needed. Further analysis may prove helpful for someone getting ready for competition or with other nutritional needs.
