Sequence 1

This week we are following a sequence. It starts with a double leg take down, to side mount1, to knee on belly (kob), to side transition2, to kimora, to armbar, to triangle.

Learning Objectives:

1. flow from position to position
2. look for “open doors” of opportunity
3. allow jiu jitsu to come to you (instead of forcing it), read momentum for further clarity
