Half Guard- Top

This week we are working from the half guard top position. Simply put, we need to SMASH & PASS. To get good at the half guard from top, one needs to remember the fundamentals of controlling position. We do this by minimizing space between you and your opponent. There are a number of benefits of holding good position on top. One benefit is passing the guard with less trouble.
