Spider Guard- bottom

This week we are coving the fundamentals of Spider Guard from the bottom perspective. It should be clear at this point that any time you are on your back you need to understand how to defend. From there, you can proceed to advance by sweeping, reversing, and escaping (not to mention submitting).
